Here’s a prompt from James for our thoughts, in preparation for session 2 of The Way Station Meet Up on August 19-20 (in Leeds, and online).

Whatever You’re Wrestling With…You’re Welcome Here

‘The Way Station’ is a space where many of us ask serious questions about our spiritual journey. It’s a safe space where people are welcome to ask big, deep, and often uncomfortable questions about theology, philosophy and spirituality – and encourage and build each other up, as we explore those questions together.

For us, it’s not simply about finding the answers, it’s about exploring questions together, in community, and allowing those questions to be a doorway into spiritual growth, to a deeper, non-dairy, mystical, and often mysterious understanding of the divine.

The Way Station is a space where I and others have gone to wrestle with the deepest questions about our spiritual journey and identity, a safe space where we can be vulnerable, and go to the very end of ourselves, without any fear or judgement.

We hope that group, and this blog, can be a space for you to do that too. Whatever issues you’re wrestling with, whatever doubts or questions you have, wherever you are on the journey, you are welcome here.

As you are, where you are.

So, if whatever theological, philosophical, spiritual questions, doubts, fears, or struggles you’re having, please do share them in the comments below.

There’s many of us with the same questions. And we’re here, journeying with you.

You’re not alone.

So please, leave your questions, struggles and reflections in the comments. Because you don’t have to do this journey alone.
